EXHIBITION REGULATIONS
"SISTINE CHAPEL. HERITAGE"
- 1. The regulations apply to the exhibition The Sistine Chapel. Heritage.
2.The organiser of the exhibition is LIVE Sp. z o. o. with its seat in Gdańsk (80-363) at Piastowska Street 67.
3. Purchase of an Entry Ticket shall signify acceptance of these regulations.
4. Admission to the exhibition area is against payment and possible only upon presentation of a valid admission ticket.
5. Admission to the exhibition area of a minor is only possible when accompanied by an adult.
6.The entrance ticket is valid only for the date and time of entry indicated on the ticket.
7. The entrance ticket is single-entry. Once you have entered the exhibition area, it is not possible to leave and re-enter using the same ticket.
8.The visitor is obliged to keep the presented ticket until leaving the exhibition.
9. The guardians of minors shall be responsible for the behaviour of their wards and for any damage caused by them. 10.
10. If a minor under 15 years of age is a Visitor to the exhibition, he/she may participate in the exhibition only under the care of an adult person – the legal guardian or a person authorised in writing by the legal guardian, who shall carry a declaration of responsibility for the minor according to the template prepared by the Organiser.
11. Voluntary admission to the Exhibition grounds implies acceptance of these Rules and Regulations in their entirety.
12. In the event of destruction, theft or loss, the Ticket shall not be refunded or exchanged.
13. In the event of cancellation or change of the date of the Exhibition, the Ticket Purchaser shall be given the opportunity to return the Ticket at the place of purchase.
14. The Organiser shall not be obliged to refund an unused Ticket.
15. The Organiser shall not be liable for Tickets purchased from unauthorised outlets or secondary market tickets.
16. Any complaints may be submitted by the participant in the form of [email message] no later than 21 days after the end of the exhibition to the Organiser’s email address.
17. It is forbidden to bring weapons, sharp tools and glass containers.
18. Tickets shall be sold exclusively through the Organiser’s authorised service www.eventim.pl and at the stationary box offices at the exhibition venue.
19. The Organiser is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorised outlets.
20. Photography is permitted, the use of tripods and flashguns is not permitted.
21. Please do not bring prams to the exhibition; we encourage you to use baby carriers. Prams can be stored free of charge in our cloakroom.
22. Free cloakroom for coats, jackets, umbrellas, bags and rucksacks.
23. Please do not bring bags or large luggage; a free cloakroom is available.
24. Please do not consume any food or drink inside the exhibition (unless medically necessary).
25. no touching of exhibits or displays.
26. Please maintain silence during the visit.
27. It is prohibited to enter the exhibition under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants.
28. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the exhibition area. 29.
29. No animals may be brought into the exhibition (except for assistance animals). 30.
30. the ticket holder agrees to be photographed and recorded on the exhibition grounds and to the subsequent use of their image by the organiser, without remuneration.
